Dell Sr Analyst, Learning & Dev in Bangalore, India
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Training, mentoring of people on Written & Verbal Communication
• Design and delivery of communication training programs.
• Monitor end to end customer transactions to look for Process Compliance to enhance customer experience
• Conduct audits for the Business Identified & Report out the findings.
• Maintain and update training and audit databases.
• Track all the Process & Soft skills related metrics in terms of schedule, effort, Communication etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years of Support Experience in Call, Email & Chat Monitoring.
• Feedback & Training experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently in a time critical environment
• Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
