This role is responsible for performing business analysis with the end user and internal IT teams to refine and meet business requirements. This person will be involved from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, implementation and stabilization of the functionality. Documenting business requirements and communication, developing relationships with the end user community, testing and technical ability will be a key to success in this role.

Support business stakeholder requests by performing the following:

  • Develop relationships with business requesters to ensure that communication channels are wide open between business and IT.

  • Meet with business and internal business consultants to obtain and refine the requirements for mainly requests.

  • Fully document the request and ensure approval before moving forward with design.

  • Using experience and/or certifications, design solutions or work with developers and architects to assist with the design.

  • Document the functional design.

  • Implement the design into test environments or work with development staff to accomplish the same.

  • Prepare test scripts for internal IT and business testing.

  • Validate the design and walk through design with business for approvals.

  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and dynamic priorities. Based on experience, can accurately estimate the cost and time to implement functional or Business unit level solutions.

  • Work independently and within cross functional project teams.

  • Creates and executes moderately complex test scripts, provides training to end users and responds to critical and routine production support requests.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus
