Dell Technologies Select Enablement, Senior Consultant



The Dell Technologies Select (DTS) Enablement Senior Consultant will drive activities to help internal clients from sales and technology communities perform their jobs better, faster. These activities include the identification and distribution of messages, tools, case studies, templates and other intellectual property that help colleagues position the DTS value proposition, either in business or technical terms, depending on their job responsibilities. Identify and leverage approaches to gather client requirements and measure strategy effectiveness by monitoring content use. Liaise with the broader community of SAB enablement professionals to identify content to share and distribution methods to leverage.


  • Work with personnel from the Dell Technologies Strategically Aligned Businesses (SABs) to identify and leverage tools, templates and other intellectual property that will help sales and technical stakeholders from the DTS community perform their job more effectively. Example property includes strategic sales messages, Hybrid Cloud Reference Architectures or client success case studies.

  • Gather Enablement requirements from management stakeholders from the Sales (CE, MD) and technical (Architect, Program Director) communities within DTS. Manage a process to regularly capture requirements and feedback from management stakeholders.

  • Regularly refresh the primary Enablement distribution channel, the DTS pages on Inside/Dell. Look for new media or methods to better communicate content (e.g. mobile video, social media, etc.). Regularly measure content consumption to identify which methods are successful and which should be refined and redefined.

  • Build working relationships with enablement professionals across the DTS SABs to identify content to share and effective distribution and monitoring methods to emulate.


The successful candidate will have experience in driving programs that improve professional performance. Example programs can include sales planning & strategy, sales and technical training & certification, and enablement programs.

  • Five or more years of professional performance development.

  • Understanding of the Hybrid Cloud transformation market, including client challenges and responses.

  • Ability to work independently within complex environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.

  • BS/BA degree.
