Sr. Director Field & Channel Marketing Americas


This role will lead a focused marketing strategy & implementation for field and channel marketing. The individual will lead a team(s) to provide alignment of marketing strategy and activity that spans from field and channel based activities, account based marketing lead development and pipeline acceleration. The individual will be responsible for managing the planning, execution and tracking of integrated marketing activities focused on increasing revenue and market share.


  • Drive marketing strategy and implementation to deliver pipeline coverage for the sales organization

  • Collaborate with segment and divisional sales stakeholders to build an integrated, marketing and communications plan

  • Manage marketing deliverables and review metrics to gauge effectiveness and impact of marketing related activities

  • Ensure close interlock with sales stakeholders

  • Develop, maintain and leverage a direct and indirect marketing capability

  • Build brand and RSA customer loyalty, supporting corporate messaging and bringing it to the field and channel
