Business Manager, North America Specialty Products – Round Rock, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share

  • Develop long-term product strategy and portfolio investment recommendations

  • Develop analytical approaches, collect and analyze data, build market sizing hypothesis and develop financial models to increase business performance and identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with R&D, industry analysts, strategy team and accessories and software teams to investigate new product solutions or new product categories, and define product or solution value proposition, key features, product ecosystem, Go-to-Market strategy and financial models

  • Drive actionable growth plan for new products in target markets and verticals

  • Drive market and competitive intelligence; make pricing recommendations based on pricing analysis; and plan demand by tracking actual vs. projected sales for products

  • Develop financial plan recommendations for the product portfolio based on historical performance and business expectations

  • Support sales teams by creating actionable business intelligence to improve productivity and drive overall sales

Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related area, and 8 years’ work experience in Marketing, Business or related - Experience in product management and business analytics - Experience in project management - Possesses customer/market knowledge and technical product knowledge - Experience with presentations across different types of audiences
