We are currently looking for aSr. Analyst to join our Sales Training team inToronto, ON .

As Sales Training Senior Analyst, you will deliver Dell EMC training programs to inside/field sales as well as Channel partners. You will work closely with peers on the training delivery team, instructional design team and training consultant team to learn and deliver training programs aligned with Dell EMC strategy. This position reports to the North America Technical Training Manager.

Role responsibilities

  • New Hire delivery and collaboration with Design Team on regional content design and creation

  • Transition training delivery and collaboration with Design Team on regional content design and creation

  • Delivery for regional business Initiatives

  • Ability to work alongside cross functional teams and trainers with content design

  • Ability to work with business leaders and successfully implement Dells business strategy in content and design

  • Instruct participants in classroom and/or group sessions

  • Develop programs and practices to identify developmental needs

  • Prepare curriculums including method, media, and documentation to be presented

  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Use professional concepts and company policies to solve routine problems

  • Implement methods for evaluation of program effectiveness, evaluate the delivery of training, modify program based on feedback

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action


  • Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to train

  • Experience teaching, coaching, and/or facilitating in a professional environment

  • Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory

  • Training measurement/evaluation skills

  • Instructional and facilitation skills


  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Understanding of, and experience in, the IT industry

  • Knowledge of Dell EMC

  • Sales experience or experience working with sales team members
