We are seeking a T&E Operations Specialist to join our growing Finance team in Toronto. We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual that has software industry experience and the ability to work independently and as a team player. We are a growing company, looking for individuals that will think outside the box, drive best practices and efficiency, and have a desire to learn and grow with us.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for day-to-day execution of all aspects of Pivotal’sProcurement Card (Pcard)programs including associated (a) Policies (b) Procedures (c) Processes (d) Systems (e) Controls (f) Reporting (g) Communications (h) Education (i)Training and (j) Support
Collaborate regularly with key service partners including PNC, Citibank, and Dell Technologies.
Ownership of program administration and troubleshooting including card activation/deactivation and settings (e.g single transaction limits, monthly transaction limits, blocked vendors, etc)
Execution of expense reimbursement controls, including (1) ensuring receipt submission, (2) timely finance and business review/approval and (3) oversight to ensure the appropriate spend mechanism was used (Pcard vs PO vs T&E)
Execute Monthly Level-2 audit reviews of prior month transactional detail
Communicate monthly audit results and identify non compliant customers
Provide timely hands-on, localized training & troubleshooting as necessary.
Provide regular detailed reporting and analysis on Pcard Spend
Manage the execution of corporate Amazon account and associated process.
Participate as necessary in program enhancements and change management initiatives
Ability to escalate expenses and speak to the appropriate manager levels
Attend regular meetings with larger Pivotal communities of process owners and stakeholders
Provide guidance and customer service related to Pcard
Excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written
Must have the unique ability to communicate and enforce policy and compliance while maintaining a customer focused environment.
Knowledge and passion for quality customer service, resolving complex situations/problems, applying good business judgment, and responding promptly to customer needs.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and timeliness.
Data oriented mindset (including but not limited to Excel proficiency, Ability to construct and report out on key spend categories, operational metrics, and KPIs)
The ability to function both independently and in a team environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS:
2-4 years of professional experience
2-Year College Degree/Diploma Minimum
