As APJ Store Ops Manager you are required to lead a big team of APJ Store Ops outsource and deliver our operational efforts managing all aspects of product data from inception to go live on Dell’s order management systems . You will manage inputs from Brand marketing and Offer Core Team in support of new and sustaining offers. Directly supports revenue targets by providing complete, accurate order codes to internal sales reps and Dell’s online customers. Working closely with the Offer core team to launch and sustain functioning offers that align to PG standards for quality and quantity.
Involve in on boarding, off boarding & transition APJ Store Ops outsource. Maintain close engagement with team.
Hold Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with the Management Team.
Set up regular meetings with Stream Managers to review the Ops overall monthly dashboard for all LOBs.
Owns APJ Store Metrics to launch new order quotes, execute sustaining and End-of-Life request in an accurate and timely fashion, which include non-performing OC clean-up, One List and close monitoring on out of SLA & pinpoint request, Online quality by Error Analysis. Facilitating all of the necessary organizations and functions to complete necessary tasks.
Assign testers for UAT, regression, deployment.
Point of escalation for ALL LOBs (ESG, Commercial Mobility, Commercial Fixed, Consumer Desktop & Notebook, SNP) APJ Store Ops issues.
Maintains Dell’s offer set in accordance with all policies and procedures necessary to meet established guidelines for offer quantity, stability and structure.
Aligns all product and offer data changes to ensure that customer and sales facing order quotes maintain 99% Online & Offline quality.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
You will interface with various teams within Dell to identify technical, marketing and data requirements and apply them to product data within our internal and external facing systems including Dell.com. Networking and building relationships with team members will be critical to your success.
You must drive the T minus schedule to ensure quality and audit checks are complete to 100% accuracy.
Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates/maintenance and issue resolution using global processes and tools.
Complete global project deployments by means of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business requirement generation and interfacing with IT teams.
Identify opportunities to develop and implement long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements, this will include working cross-functionally with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and more.
Be a leader in implementing process improvements, define and envisage global solutions and influencing their global organizational rollout.
Ability to launch product unassisted, execute on multiple platform types and facilitate activities with outsource partners.
Take at least 1 global leadership role in a Global project/program and participate in at least 2 other initiatives per year that influence GOMD and Dell’s strategic objectives.
Expert systems application knowledge.

8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
