Dell Analyst, Customer Services in Xiamen, China

Position Summary:

Work as call center agent to answer customer questions via call with

  1. Excellent customer issue or complaint fixing handling skills.

  2. Strong responsibility to critical metrics.

Responsibility:

  1. Identify customer issue owner and make corrective action.

  2. Works and lines with other relevant dept on issue fixing.

  3. Critical customer issue management.

Qualification:

College degree or above.

Good typing skill, >=70 character / minute.

Good analytical skills, logical common sense & strong communication skills.

Good oral & written English and Mandarin.

Familiar with software reporting tools esp. PowerPoint, Excel...etc.

Prefer IT related industry backgrounds ...better to have working experience in customer service.

Bachelor degree or CET 4 is preferred.

Relevant working experiences in HK companies or Customer service filed is preferred.
