What you’ll achieve

As a Quality Digitalization Intern you will be responsible to support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) factory quality metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), End of Line Quality Metric (EQM) and Missing, Wrong, Damaged (MWD) by taking a part in design and development of applications and automatic solutions for big data analyses.

You will work with stakeholders across the Global Operations Quality organization to collect requirements, perform analyses and work out and execute plan of design, development and deployment.

You will:

  • Cooperate with factory, regional and global technology experts looking for innovation and opportunities to digitalize and automate

  • Develop and maintain quality team analytical capabilities

  • Support tactical quality related projects

  • Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards

Essential Requirements

  • Graduate (max 1 year after completion) or last year student

  • Fluency in Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power BI

  • Experience with Python, C#, PHP

  • MSSQL; big data analytics, data models

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware technologies, operating systems and applications,

  • Fluency in English.
