You will be responsible for day – to – day administrative support for local General Manager in business activities.
Managing General Manager’s calendar and meeting schedule
Acting as the key point of contact between the executives and all other stakeholders
Providing support in preparation of presentations, KPI reports, meeting minutes
Being responsible for internal communication (newsletter, social media, factory magazine
Manages site events related to ongoing projects or corporate visits, agendas, logistics (hotel, transportation)
Fluent Polish and English communication skills
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
Proactive and positive attitude, willingness to learn
Organizational skills, detailed oriented
Team player, loyal and trustworthy
