Act as a lead in identifying, training, developing, motivating, and coaching Associate ISRs
Ensure continuous improvement of Associate ISRs by driving key metrics around activity, sales acumen, appointments set, and opportunity conversion rates.
Create, measures and inspects innovative demand generation programs and initiatives.
Conduct weekly reviews with all Associate ISRs to understand training and development needs, build more effective communication, and provide insight for the improvement of the program.
Collaborate with various business units, segment leads, inside sales productivity and inside sales marketing to help in campaign design and execution. As well as with the inside sales development team on training content development and improvement.
Assist with recruiting and interviewing of candidates for employment with Dell EMC Inside Sales. And participate in new hire training program and may deliver or facilitate training sessions.
An Inside Sales Rep or Manager in good standing.
Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills within large work group/team.
Willingness to dedicate an additional 12+ months to the Inside Sales Division
Operational command of business, inclusive of strong sales acumen and messaging capabilities.
Ability to influence others, achieve results and demonstrate robust maturity and leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Possess a solid product/technology/industry knowledge.
