The core responsibility is to provide front line support of HR programs, processes, and policies to team members across the region he/she supports by providing quality real-time solutions to team member and leader enquiries and requests.

The successful candidate is required to work closely with and partner with the Regional HR Teams and other HR centers of expertise to properly understand the various programs, policies and procedures and to drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and minimize labor risk in the countries that they support.

Region supported – Benelux countries – Belgium, Netherland & Luxemburg. Since we are a regional team, covering all EMEA countries, on occasion, will be required to support other countries as well (no travel required).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support for all cases that fall within the scope of TMSD (cases may be raised through self-service, telephone, email, walk-up or chat as is available for the location supported)

  • Collaborate with Regional HR and other HR centers of expertise to ensure that all customers have a ‘One HR’ experience in resolution of their cases

  • Utilize best practice, consult the relevant knowledge bases/subject matter experts to timeously and effectively resolve all cases

  • Where relevant reassign cases to appropriate assignment groups/escalation points to ensure effective resolution of cases

  • Perform regular audits to identify potential new solutions and make recommendations to the Knowledge Management Team for inclusion in the solutions library

  • Utilize all communication platforms (Skype messaging, calls, emails etc.) available to engage with customers and all other stakeholders to follow up on cases and provide the required solutions

  • Continually educate leaders and team members on the relevant process i.e. cases/ self-service & search functions etc. to determine what services/information are available for their benefit and easy resolution of their enquiries

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in supporting TMs and Leaders remotely – advantage

  • Practical experience managing a range of general HR matters

  • Practical experience managing a range of employee relations matters

  • Effective advisory and counselling skill, problem solving skill and conflict resolution skill

  • Languages – Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Dutch language and English. Additional languages - French is a big advantage)

  • Effective negotiation skill, Analytical and attentive to detail
