Analyses business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals.
Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance.
Proactively analyses trends, causes and variances.
Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities.
Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed.
Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting.
Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports.
Undergraduate degree and 3+ years relevant experience
Demonstrated skillset in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools and languages.
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of planning, data analysis and data modelling.
Analytical skills to resolve ad-hoc issues and adjust to the dynamic requirements of our customer and supplier base.
High level of proficiency is required in spreadsheet and database analysis tools, specifically MS Excel, Hyperion & PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must be a team player, have the ability to be flexible, be able to develop in the role and develop relationships across the business.
