When you’re creating technology for a changing world, you need to know where you stand in terms of your inventory. Our Inventory Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of the security and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems. We conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts, correcting discrepancies where possible. We also audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Help manage quarterly cycle count and physical inventory management and reconciliations

  • Process review to drive better results and gains in efficiency

  • Must manage and meet all SOX controls and requirements

  • Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

  • Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative. Uses independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

  • Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range targets. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes.

  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in failure to reach goals crucial to significant organizational objectives and would profoundly affect the image of the organization.

  • Serves as the organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs. Acts as a prime consultant on large projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • 4-5 years professional experience in Inventory Control / Supply Chain experience with degree or professional equivalence ​

  • Must have a good understanding of Reverse Logistics, Order Management, and Inventory Management

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Must be proficient in Power Point, Excel, and Access

  • Must be able to present to all levels of Management

  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting (especially Audits)

  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions

  • Good communication skills
