Consultant, IT Network Development

Solving system-wide technical challenges takes a talented team of professionals at Dell Technologies. Our IT Network Development team has several technology responsibilities. We formulate and implement tactical plans for networked systems, build and manage solutions for current and future development and handle troubleshooting as needed.

You will:

  • As a Consultant Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing how we build, model, analyze and monitor Dell's current and next generation networks.

  • As part of this role, you will work with multiple business teams on maximizing the network security and management of unknown devices across all areas of the network.

Essential Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and network hardware and software.

  • Great communication skills and passionate about working with other people.

  • Strong interest in Network Security.

  • Excellent communication, collaborative and innovation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities and deliver against deadlines.

Desirable Requirements

  • Network Automation experience in Ansible.

  • Coding or scripting experience in Python, C/C++ or Java.
