As a Senior Advisor of Digital Lead in the Talent Attraction and Employer Brand team, we are looking for an individual who has:

  • Ability to turn strategy into engaging digital experiences that shift perceptions and drive talent to learn about Dell Technologies and want to join and apply to be on our team.

  • 8+ years experience with digital platforms including: content management systems (CMS), managing digital partners/vendors, SEO, and an eye for engaging digital design, content, copy and layout – at global scale.

  • Global digital experience is ideal, as our site is translated globally.

  • Good creative, verbal and written English communication skills

  • Google Analytics and Google Data Studio proficiency

  • Experience with Social Media management suites tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar

  • Effective communication and consultation skills with internal stakeholders and ability to provide online expertise to various programs and projects when needed.

  • Ability to embrace numbers, turning site data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage budgets and adhere to deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Turning our Talent Attraction Strategy into engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for handling vendor maintenance of our external career websites; including content audit and refresh, assess web design and functionalities, and manage productupdates to improve the experience.

  • Serve as site and media analytics advisor, where you will support the team providing insights on our career websites performance and talent attraction campaigns.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and Marketing to ensure site experience supports talent attraction strategies to meet business goals.

  • Manage vendor maintenance and content refresh of our global and local language career websites and participate in the design, specification, and implementation process

  • Create landing pages to support our talent attraction campaigns across the globe

  • Support website analytics and media campaigninsights management:KPI tracking, reporting,optimization, and preparing results presentations

  • Maintain insights dashboards in Google Data Studio and Sprinklr

  • Support team operations including budget and, when needed, creative project management.
