What you’ll achieve
As member of the HR Business Partner team, you'll consult with executive leaders on people strategies that help us achieve our overall business strategy. Areas of ownership include:
Execute HR strategy while taking a consultative approach to solving business related issues
Lead talent management initiatives to ensure a robust succession pipeline
Scan and benchmark the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices to influence the business and HR agenda
Identify opportunities for improvement and influence leaders to make changes in organizational structures or processes
Act as change agent
Coach and educate leaders on hiring, development, career management and retention
How you'll be successful
Demonstrate a broad knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and practices
Collaborate with leaders and team members at all organizational levels
Exhibit strong ownership of projects and deliverables
Create and deliver presentations for executive level audiences
What we're looking for

10+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-region/global organization
Previous experience leading HR initiatives in a technology company a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
