Project APEX Marketing Strategy Senior Consultant ( As-a-Service Marketing Strategy)

This role will analyze key forces driving the flexible consumption and as-a-Service markets, using those insights toinfluence decision-making, establish best practices, and set strategic priorities for our transformation to an as-a-Service model – known here as Project APEX. APEX is the future of how Dell Technologies will go to market. What you’ll achieve

You will support APEX portfolio marketing strategy across several stakeholders, reporting to the Senior Director of Transformation & Governance. The team experience will be unique – a start-up venture within an established organization, helping to transform the ways we go to market and the ways we collaborate as an organization to drive adoption of our services. There will be ambiguity, there will be challenges, and we can guarantee you there will be fun.

You will:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud and as-a-Service industry trends and competitor practices, translating that research into actionable insight for marketing and other functions

  • Develop as-a-Service portfolio marketing strategy for multiple products and services, transforming the way the create offers, market offers, and enable sellers on them

  • Identify and drive best practices around how to market as-a-service offers and work cross functionally to implement them

  • Lead marketing process improvements across the global marketing organization as well as the sales and product management teams, optimizing our go-to-market motions around as-a-Service

  • Drive APEX marketing Business Management System (BMS) and analytical/reporting capabilities

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of experience postin a product, sales, marketing, or program management role

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong accountability and project management skills

  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical ability

  • Product-level market and technical expertise

  • Advanced ability to influence others to achieve results

  • Change agentwith ‘out of the box’thinking to suggest/deliver simpler solution design for complex business problems

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in the as-a-Service/Cloud market

  • Certification in Project Management, Product Marketing, or Product Management

  • Management Consulting Experience
