Server Program Manager

The primary role of the North America Server Program Manager is to drive multiple initiatives across the relevant sales, marketing and other go-to-market focused organizations in support of strategic business objectives. This includes both strategic and operational aspects of activities driving the strategic initiatives of the North America Server Business.

  • You will help identify and prioritize the key drivers of growing the server business across multiple strategic priorities.

  • You will build and execute detailed operational plans designed to meet the critical success factors identified in the project/strategic objectives.

  • You will work cross-functionally to build alignment and progress against the stated targets and goals.

  • You will work closely with our sales teams to build support and drive growth against our strategic objectives – including customer targets, supporting collateral, scorecards and sales incentives.

How your experience will help you hit the ground running -

Essential Requirements

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in a product/sales/marketing/program management role (a sales background will set you apart!).

  • You have proven, strong written and oral communications skills – especially when working with sales teams.

  • You have a passion for simplifying the complex into the critical few priorities/actions, through solid data analysis and prioritization. You are known as someone that “gets stuff done”!

  • You are highly organized and a self-starter with strong change management skills, you can communicate effectively across functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) and up and down the organization.

  • Your decisions are grounded in data. You have solid analytic, financial reporting and forecasting skills.

Desirable Requirements -

  • Masters Degree

  • Experience with server technology
