Server Program Manager
The primary role of the North America Server Program Manager is to drive multiple initiatives across the relevant sales, marketing and other go-to-market focused organizations in support of strategic business objectives. This includes both strategic and operational aspects of activities driving the strategic initiatives of the North America Server Business.
You will help identify and prioritize the key drivers of growing the server business across multiple strategic priorities.
You will build and execute detailed operational plans designed to meet the critical success factors identified in the project/strategic objectives.
You will work cross-functionally to build alignment and progress against the stated targets and goals.
You will work closely with our sales teams to build support and drive growth against our strategic objectives – including customer targets, supporting collateral, scorecards and sales incentives.
How your experience will help you hit the ground running -
You have 7-10 years of experience in a product/sales/marketing/program management role (a sales background will set you apart!).
You have proven, strong written and oral communications skills – especially when working with sales teams.
You have a passion for simplifying the complex into the critical few priorities/actions, through solid data analysis and prioritization. You are known as someone that “gets stuff done”!
You are highly organized and a self-starter with strong change management skills, you can communicate effectively across functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) and up and down the organization.
Your decisions are grounded in data. You have solid analytic, financial reporting and forecasting skills.
