Join us as a Social Media Editor on our Corporate Affairsteam in the US (open to Austin, Texas, Hopkinton, Massachusetts)to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Social Media Editor, you will help transform our social media presence with yourhigh energy, creative ideation and smart execution. You’ll bring a passion and knowledge for tracking social media trends and customer behaviors, with experience mobilizing quickly to activate plans cross functionally. You are a quick-thinking writer with great attention to detail. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively will create quick alignment as you work across Corporate Affairs’ PR and social media teams to create compelling creative that place Dell Technologies in the social conversation.
Design unique and compelling social content to drive conversations
Monitor and engage where appropriate, to relevant social conversations
Passionately stay on top of social media capabilities, industry trends and techniques around social content
Work with the Social Media Editor-in-Chief to regularly review the health and effectiveness of social content

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
3-5 years of experience as a social media account manager or editor
Experience with social media management systems for content scheduling, publishing, measurement, and monitoring; experience with Sprinklr a plus
A portfolio that demonstrates your love for design and brand marketing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; including verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience with PR is a plus
