What you’ll achieve

As a social planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing cross functional projects related to key events and initiatives. You will bring together key stakeholders from multiple cross functional organizations including corporate affairs, field marketing and brand to plan social content for maximum impact across accounts.

You will:

  • Collaborate to develop clear and detailed plans for prioritized moments and events, including the setting of goals and timelines.

  • Partner closely with core team members to develop project plans and present to decision makers to ensure alignment.

  • Closely monitor progress of deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and focus on approved goals.

  • Be involved in day to day project activities, such as KPI tracking, reporting, and preparing presentations.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent storytelling and proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and across all levels of leadership

  • Experience working in social media and guiding teams who are responsible for sourcing, optimizing and publishing compelling on-message content

  • Skilled at working effectively in high pressure, quick turn situations and adept at asking the right questions as well as follow-through on timely requests

  • Operational excellence is a must, with a keen eye on quality of content, understanding the context and supporting the team to optimize where it matters most

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Project management skills
