Project Manager – Process Improvement & Automation

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set targets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project planning and execution, supervising project activities, and communicating achievements to senior management. You will drive process automation and improvement efforts using Robotic Process Automation, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and other latest technologies. This highly visible role provides independence for creativity and opportunity for significant impact in an exciting environment.

You will:

  • Manage projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, and quality

  • Lead and coordinate all project activities, allocate work, provide guidance to project team

  • Assess current business practices and drive innovation, standardization, automation

  • Complete deliverables accurately and timely, conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track

  • Engage stakeholders and management, make recommendations and seek decisions/direction

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program governance

  • Exercise considerable judgment and initiative in redesigning processes and resolving problems

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams

  • Experience in managing cross functional projects, knowledge of PMI and SDLC

  • Training and experience in BPI methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile)

  • Technical, fast learner, independent, deals well with ambiguity

  • Leadership skills, analytical and creative mindset, critical thinking, logical thought process

Desirable Requirements

The following qualifications will distinguish candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science or related field

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience leading projects and process improvement

  • Knowledge of Dell Financial Services systems and processes

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation & Digital Transformation
