Develops, implements and administers compensation and benefit policies and programs that support company objectives and local practices. Provides consultation, delivers processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs, and ensures a competitive market position. Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company’s competitive position. Ensures company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices. Leads the development and delivery of meaningful HR analytics to the business.
-Helps to plan and develop compensation and benefit guidelines and programs by preparing special studies, recommends new and/or improved team member plans, evaluates cost and effectiveness of programs
-Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs in domestic and/or international locations
-Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
-Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
-Reviews adherence to applicable company policies and practices as well as legal and tax regulations and recommends appropriate courses of action.
-Administers domestic and/or international compensation & benefits programs, as needed
-Plays a lead role in establishing core HR metrics
-Designs and develops dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR clients and business leaders.
-Produces on-demand self-service dashboards and periodic reports
-Strong knowledge of principles and practices of C&B programs and systems, with advanced knowledge of a specialty area
-Strong reporting and analytical skills. Able to consider complex problems and identify potential solutions through reasoned analysis
-Strong understanding of job design and content
-Talent for storytelling through qualitative and quantitative data analytics
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and HCM technology
-Experience working with and data visualization (Tableau) tools to drive actionable business insights and experience as an administrator in Workday is a plus
