Product Management - Advisor PowerFlex Launch Lead (Remote, US)

Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.

You will:

  • Supports product launch and provide sustaining efforts to enable quoting, validation, pricing, order entry, and fulfillment of products under management via internal sales tool and external web stores.

  • Manages and supports PowerFlex through the life cycle, and makes decisions regarding bug fixes and feature enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL).

  • Directly interacts with cross-functional teams

  • Supports requirements gathering and management.

  • SME for external and internal product events

  • Oversees and drives products and solutions through the phase release or solutions release process including business case and resource requirements.

  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line and solution objectives.

  • Support business case for improvements or new products

  • Supports preparation for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

• Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality

• Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions

• Excellence in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product

Desirable Requirements

• Proven experience working on a world-class product

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
