Role Overview

The associate is a member of a specialized billing team dedicated to the generation of billing activity for large enterprise customers. The associate becomes familiar with the customer, the sales team and management to accurately record day-to-day transactions related to customer sales.

Role Responsibilities

-Prepares monthly detailed and summary invoicing for a discreet group of customer accounts

-Acts as point-of-contact for inquiries by customer representatives

-Modifies billing schedules and revenue schedules according to device implementation dates

-Maintains adequate filing of supporting documentation as needed

-Provides relevant financial and operational information in support of revenue reporting and forecasting

-Create and update documentation of workflow processes

-Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

-3-5 years of billing experience

-Understanding of financial functions, including billing, invoicing processes, accounts receivable, revenue recognition and accrual accounting

-Strong analytical, problem solving, written and communication skills. High customer service focus.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines on multiple assignments, with exceptional attention to detail

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and highly adaptable to change

-Sensitivity to confidential information

-Intermediate proficiency in Excel


-Experience utilizing Great Plains and Workday Software

-SOX knowledge / experience


Work onsite daily at the Atlanta, GA office.
