Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies. It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.

Our Strategy team deals with a wide range of initiatives. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the development of our global business strategy to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.
Lead the development of the long-term Server & Infrastructure Systems Business Strategy, aligned with the organization’s top priorities.
Partner with the technology strategy team and other broader strategy organizations to define an aligned and consistent strategy throughout Dell Technologies
Drive strategy implementation with key partner organizations (e.g. product management, product marketing, CoC, etc.)
Continuously monitor market dynamics (competition, market trends, etc.) through primary and third-party research to ensure relevance of overall strategy
Plan, track and report progress on key strategic areas, providing recommended actions to Dell’s leadership
Experience influencing high level executives without authority
Experience in developing and executing business strategy
Experience in the Server industry and an understanding of the key technologies that are impacting the business in the coming years
10+ years industry experience + Bachelor's degree or 7 years + MBA
Experience in driving and impacting a large scale business and organization
Experience in management consulting, preferred
Experience working in a highly matrix organization
