Dell Celonis Process Mining/Digital Engineer (Remote within USA, or Austin/Round Rock TX) in Austin, Texas
You will be a key technical member of our team as Celonis Process Mining/Digital Engineer in Global Process Engineering in the Services organization of Dell Technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Global functions and teams on transformational business programs and North Star initiatives at scale, driving strategy one day then rolling up your sleeves and performing hands-on analysis other days. This role is an opportunity for a very innovative and collaborative person with strong business consulting and communication/presentation skills who is also an analytical thought leader, to lead Global Remote Support Process Engineering responsibilities.
You'll be developing analytical approaches (using Digital toolkits, Process Intelligence, Machine Learning, Remote Process Automation/RPA, Celonis, Process Mining, Data Science, SQL…) to generate key business program insights around impact and performance, with the goals of driving business profitability and improving customer experience. You will work closely with many cross-functional leaders, to ensure the smooth execution, analysis and optimization of global business programs. Further to this, you will advocate for business opportunities, and highlight insights and impact from business programs.
You will have freedom to innovate on how to collect data intelligence, fact based artifacts, current state process design, and future state to help solve extremely complex problems in a +$14B Services organization.
Work in Agile and POD models, with cross functional teams, across our Business stakeholders, Technology Strategists, Global Process Engineering and our IT Delivery partners.

You will: (key responsibilities)
Lead digital transformation technical progress through Data Intelligence and Digital Technologies (including Business Model Innovation, ARIS, Celonis, Process Mining)
Partner with cross functional teams (including Global Process Engineering, Remote Support, eServices, Services Parts, Field Services, Data Sciences), to solution requirements for simplifying, standardizing and automating Business Processes to support them in delighting our external customers
Collaborate with Process Engineers to understand as-is and future state designs, Data Science teams to build Process Science solutions, and other Business Stakeholders to design these solutions
Structure strategic analysis and storylines using MS Office tools
Foster objective analytical business judgment, market understanding, problem solving, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems
Analyze, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and processes to optimize profitability and improve customer experience
Implement improvements including coordinating activities with external Vendors, internal resources, and internal customers
Travel (pending pandemic resolutions) approximately quarterly to Austin / Round Rock TX location, if not based there
5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 3 years +Master’s; Experience to include:
Hands-on experience with Celonis (or similar) including Process Analysis, Transformation, Event Collection and Action Engine, Next Best Action
Problem solving for business stakeholders including executing complex analyses to support strategy
Applying technology solutions to core business problems, leveraging business analytics
Experience across Digital toolkits, Process Intelligence, Machine Learning, Remote Process Automation/RPA, Process Mining, Data Science, SQL
Financial Acumen (Cost Benefit Analysis/CBA Building, Tracking and Measuring initiatives)
Experience proactively collaborating with people successfully, including cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Global areas, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
Excellent communication and outstanding collaboration are key for success in this opportunity working with global teams and programs: Track record required of building positive professional relationships working toward solutions, and communicating clearly and positively in many formats - virtually, in person, in writing and in presentations
ETL, Python, Data Visualization experience
Experience in technical Services Operations, Online Technical Support, Field Services is a strong plus
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean
Experience in Business Consulting or Business Strategy
Knowledge of integration of other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EAM, CRM, SCM, RPA)
