This role will manage multiple product lines throughout their life cycle Contributes to developing and driving the strategy for assigned country, product line(s) or LOBs Utilizes competitive analysis and market research to predict industry trends and develop and implement merchandising strategies. Partners with cross functional peers to improve processes and solve complex problems. Monitors products/channel performance, identifies potential challenges, and drives implementation of corrective actions
Own retailer merchandising planning and execution
Provide account feedback on sales results and actions
Analyze and recommend supply and planning changes to accounts
Support Account executives
Provide product knowledge and deliver merchandising pitch to customers.
MBA Degree preferred
Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Prior Sales/Merchandising experience
Min 2 years of account/buying experience
Excellent Excel skills
Cross Functional experience
Excellent written and Personal Communication
High Business Acumen
