The Dell Technologies Cloud product marketing team is hiring a marketer who understands the interplay between sales and marketing and can translate that knowledge to impactful sales enablement activities.

As a member of the Dell Technologies Cloud product marketing team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact a global sales enablement program. Specifically, you will be tasked with connecting deeply with sales professionals, understanding their needs and ensuring they are equipped to accelerate sales wins. To be successful in this role, you must be able to lead through influence, identify opportunities in large, complex organizations, pinpoint specific field requirements, and build a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on sales professionals, deeply understanding their motivations, priorities and needs.

  • Continually assess readiness gaps in relevant roles and geos, working closely with key stakeholders to quickly develop the right initiatives and programs to address and close gaps.

  • Assist in the development of a master plan and calendar for sales enablement activities throughout the year.

  • Review and manage the existing sales enablement content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant.

  • Leverage multiple modalities to guide, coach, and enable sales teams, including live training, eLearning, virtual training, documentation, best practices, case studies, success stories, role-playing, and certifications.

  • Continuously assess performance to determine impact of sales enablement program and utilize metrics to inform future enablement strategies, training and tactics.

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years in marketing, product marketing, product management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus (not required).

  • Experience building sales enablement programs and compelling content in cloud-related B2B businesses.

  • Experience delivering results in an environment with ambiguous processes and multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple functions and teams within the company

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate
