The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. What you’ll achieve
As the CSIRT Program Office Lead, you will be responsible for organizational effectiveness, departmental communication, and other projects and initiatives as required. The CSIRT Program Office Lead is expected to drive or contribute towards initiatives across the entire Cybersecurity organization.
Act as primary point of contact for CSIRT escalations and SRO & Cybersecurity Program Office engagements
Manage all matters pertaining to CSIRT administration, including annual planning, budget, training, team communication and coordination (team meetings, off-sites, etc.)
Identify process gaps across the team that impact efficiency or effectiveness and lead the development and implementation of a plan to resolve
Collaborate with Cyber, GRC, and Audit stakeholders on the completion of monthly/quarterly/yearly compliance activities (access reviews, training, updates)
Keep customer, employee, and investor well-being at top of mind

5+ years of experience working in a large technology firm with a global footprint
Strong experience in project/program management, strategic planning, business operations and/or similar field
Solid PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word skills
Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements in order to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field with 8+ years relevant experience; or equivalent work experience
Progress towards a security industry certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
Experience in an Incident Response, Vulnerability Response or other related security teams is a plus
