Cybersecurity Engineer - SecurID

What you’ll achieve

As part of Dell’s Security & Resiliency organization, the Identity Authorization Management (IAM) team delivers and supports processes and technologies used to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and their access to Dell resources. The Cybersecurity Engineer will partner with subject matter experts and other project team members to provide solutions for critical global projects.

You will:

Act as a technical security subject matter expert and thought leader to design and implement enhanced multi factor authentication services

Designs, builds, operates and oversees the implementation of RSA SecurID multi-factor authentication products

Partner with internal teams to assist in defining the multi factor authentication strategy and roadmap

Experienced in technical troubleshooting, incident response and can apply ITIL Service Management best practices

Gathers and developed technical requirements to maximize the effectiveness of a deployed technology

Demonstrate the upstream and downstream impacts and dependencies of both introducing technology into the enterprise and the implications when making changes to that technology once in production.

Maintain and optimize tools, processes, technical drawings and documentation

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment

Bachelor's degree desired (years of experience may be substituted for degree)

Subject Matter Expert in RSA SecurID multi-factor authentication products and capabilities including expertise integrating applications with RSA SecurID

Expertise with Authentication Manager Bulk Admin tool (AMBA) and Authentication Manager Integration Service (AMIS)

Experience with the RSA SecurID Prime Kit

Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and address technical issues with RSA SecurID multi-factor authentication products

Advanced knowledge of Tomcat, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Desirable Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Linux commands and troubleshooting

General knowledge and understanding of PKI, ServiceNow and LDAP technologies
