What you’ll achieve

As a Data Governance Domain lead senior manager , you lead group of experienced Domain leads to d efine, document, and build the single source of truth for GO that supports digital innovation and ops excellence, e nsure business relies on using relevant, updated data and cutting edge tools for quality execution and d evelop and incubate data savvy teams and data primacy culture within GO

You will:

  • Lead group of Domain leads to develop comprehensive, harmonized data foundation with clearly defined source data and d efine master data , develop and roll out MDM with defined flows to other applications

  • Own DDL data , issue remediation with stakeholders and data dictionary and lineage

  • Partner with business to ensure master data hygiene and business compliance

  • Lead cultural transformation through early adoption of data and digital tools, periodic roadshows , and data literacy initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years work experience in high tech industry with bachelor’s degree in related field or 5+ years with MBA or similar master’s degree

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in complex business environment

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build trust-based relationship with senior executives of the company and work as a trusted advisor on key strategies

  • Passion to coach and develop a high performing team with diverse background

  • Mindset and drive to enable truly impactful and transformational initiatives despite roadblocks expected in large business through use of novel technology

  • Effective project management skills with experience in several project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL

  • Familiarity with programming language such as Python, C++ to model and ability to develop basic software

  • Supply Chain experience
