Represent DEES (Dell EMC Education Services) in OLP (Offer Lifecycle Process) by fully alignment between service extended team members and DEES functional teams to ensure the DEES requirement for developing new offering and DEES commitment to support new and updated product readiness are meet
As Domain Experts offers learning solutions recommendation within existing DEES portfolio to stakeholders. Present DEES portfolio to stakeholders in proper ways (Role based learning path etc., which best matches with stakeholders needs)
Serve as Domain Experts to validate Stakeholders’ development requests via consultative conversation hence determine the necessity, priority of development or offer alternative solution
Rich knowledge on IT industry, be capable to negotiate the training objectives, solutions in required technical detail with cross-functional teams
Advance certification in specialized domain
Good and Proven global cross functions consultative communication skills
Experience in handling escalation from co-workers and leadership team
Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor
Able to work with minimum supervision
Experience in L&D industrial is preferred
Program Management Skill is preferred
5-8 years of experience
