Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. What you’ll achieve
The North America ISG Campaigns team is seeking a highly collaborative individual to join the North America Field and Partner Marketing organization and serve as the Demand Generation Marketing Manager for our HCI and Cloud portfolios. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for developing and leading an integrated marketing strategy and tactical plan, while also serving as the primary marketing strategist for how we engage with customers around our portfolio. The individual will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Competitive Intelligence, NA segment marketing teams, CRM/BI teams, media team, PR/AR, and the Storage and Cloud COC teams.
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs in partnership with segment teams and strategic stakeholders to grow buyer base, net new pipeline and revenue to the business
Develop and manage the demand generation strategy, including inbound lead generation, outbound sales plays, awareness, social, search, competitive programs and product launch support
Proactively seek out and understand insights and reporting analytics to continue driving optimization of strategy and programs
Empower and enable sales in partnership with segment marketing teams and COC field marketing to drive the business and engage with customers
Coordinate with other demand generation managers, marketing and business leaders to best orchestrate programs for maximum impact and share best practices for success
Apply broad knowledge of Dell Technologies solutions and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and related tactics
