Dell Digital Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas

Assessing digital market trends, creating advertising opportunities and developing marketing programs, Digital Advertising at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for leading the digital advertising plan development within the broader media plan – from planning kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations while interacting directly with business stake holders and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging teams with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive digital marketing policies and activities.

What you’ll achieve

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital advertising plan development within the broader media plan – from planning kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations – that achieve sales demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services.

You will:

  • Work with global campaign marketing teams and regional leaders to increase visibility, education and awareness to key industry audiences

  • Partner with Dell’s media strategy team and agency to develop omni-channel and integrated digital campaigns that drive robust customer engagement across all digital advertising vehicles

  • Determine most effective media mixes across banner advertising, rich media placements, dynamic creative optimization programs, programmatic display, digital out of home, podcasting, audio and emerging advertising formats

  • Meet with vendors & publishers to understand their offerings and seek out new innovative techniques that enhance customer interaction

  • Manage the deployment and execution of campaign creative/content with list of primary partners

  • Execute creative launches at the local level, working with cross-functional teams and adapting programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology and/or paid media with an outstanding history of success

  • Experience working with various AdTech and Martech common technologies such as DSP, DMP, programmatic display, SFDC Marketing Cloud, and Ad Fraud

  • Strong communication skills to articulate high-level advertising strategy within all levels of the organization while keeping a customer first mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
