Project and Program Management within the Data Analytics and Automation team ensures projects to advance our digital transformation run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively to deliver on our digital transformation objectives for Global Operations.

What you’ll achieve

You will lead and execute cross-functional digital talent and tools scaling strategies to support Global Operations’ digital transformation. This role is global and cross-functional in nature and will develop and drive programs in coordination with Digital Analytics and Automation (DAA) product management teams, HR, Talent Development, and communications to achieve our digital transformation objectives.

You will:

  • Develop and implement strategies and frameworks to deliver on Global Operations’ (GO) digital transformation strategy and accelerate tool adoption and scaling in the supply chain

  • Lead global cross-functional teams in the design and execution of processes related to tool adoption and scaling, change management, digital transformation upskilling and talent management

  • Collaborate closely with counterparts in HR, Talent Development, Data Analytics and Automation, and Global Operations organizations to drive digital talent upskilling, hiring, development, and retention initiatives and accelerate adoption and scaling of digital efforts

  • Establish success measures, KPIs/scorecards and governance mechanisms to drive progress and achieve results

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's and 5+ relevant experience in strategy, project management, digital solutions and adoption; or Master’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience or related field; or equivalent experience;

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs, dealing with ambiguity, and translating business/customer requirements into actions

  • Effective communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment, demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership levels

  • Product, technology, supply chain, and industry knowledge; ability to articulate business value and impact

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, influence stakeholders, and develop partnerships outside of the organization applying organizational agility

Desireable

  • Experience with digital transformation efforts, automation, awareness of industry trends and digital talent management
