Director, Advertising Technology

What you’ll achieve

As the Advertising Technology Director, you will lead a Global team to modernize the customer experience and accelerate digital by driving the innovation, build, and adoption of technology platforms that fuel Modern Marketing. You will work cross-functionally with the Field Marketing, Global Creative, Marketing Operations, IT, Agencies, and Technology partners to lead large-scale marketing transformation initiatives.

You will:

  • Lead a global team of program managers and engineers to deliver innovation and roadmap for advertising technology platforms ( DMP, CDP, DSP, DCO, Ad Server, etc. )

  • Drive AdTech and MarTech integrations to ensure consistent, relevant marketing communications across multiple channels as part of an omnichannel CX strategy

  • Drive global adoption of customer journeys across all digital channels (email, webinars, social, advertising, web, events).

  • Develop technology and change management strategy in preparation for the new era of privacy-by-design marketing

  • Build and leverage the connections between people, systems, data, and technologies so they can deliver personalized, contextual experiences to customers at scale

Essential Requirements

  • Experience managing a global team and building AdTech/MarTech product strategy

  • 7+ years of experience working with advertising technology platforms (DMP, DSP, DCO, Ad Server)

  • 10+ years of program management experience with multiple complex stakeholder groups at a local, regional, national and international scale

  • Robust knowledge of the media landscape for B2B and B2C with an understanding of all possible media and marketing channels, including social, programmatic, search, TV, video, and email

Desirable Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in technical environment(s) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
