As a Business Development Director, here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • To be a single source of feedback on the global channel business related to product, pricing, assortment, etc.

  • Rolling market analysis and by-partner heatmaps to identify opportunities to drive Dell competitiveness and growth in ways that support the global channel strategy; including routes to market, partners, and new programs

  • Owns end-to-end sell-thru by retailer for displays and PCs: performance tracking and recommendations for action on pricing, promotions, product, placement, etc.

  • Integration point for global internal teams to capture market insights and retailer feedback and provide a consolidated global view with recommendations for action (includes: 4P feedback, inventory, marketing ad results, etc.)

  • Owns external partner relationship with key suppliers to optimize channel strategy, planning, and execution of projects for growth and improvement

  • Collaboration and personalization of pitch decks to evangelize Dell to customers on value prop and product launches

  • Key player in the development of a by-region 3-year strategy that aligns to the global channel strategy and the successful execution of this strategy
