We are looking for an individual who understands what it means to create a culture of inclusivity and can develop messaging and integrated marketing plans in support of our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.

This Diversity and Inclusion Marketing Manager role will develop and execute an annual D&I marketing plan, including global messaging and marketing collateral for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Viewed as a subject matter expert for developing materials for Diversity & Inclusion

  • Confidently represent Diversity & Inclusion’s role in the organization and evangelize how stakeholders can align to the D&I offerings

  • Develop an annual Diversity and Inclusion marketing plan

  • Create messaging & collateral for external use: customer presentations, sales & marketing collateral, customer forums, events

  • Create messaging & collateral for internal awareness: events, intranet, trainings, activations

  • Responsible for external D&I reporting

  • Drive integration & connection points with various Corporate Marketing functions

Essential Requirements

  • Diversity & Inclusion marketing experience

  • Excellent creative, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques

  • Advanced organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of Dell and with external partners

  • Cross-functional communication

  • Manage projects in complex and challenging environments.

  • Be a collaborative team player
