What you’ll achieve
As an eDiscovery Project Manager, you will assist Litigation attorneys with discovery-related functions and a variety of projects pertaining to the organization. You will work on complex problems and assist attorneys with cross-functional projects that impact the litigation practice, influence others through your technical expertise as well as oversee the development and implementation of department initiatives, anticipate issues and develop preventative measures.
Manage eDiscovery vendor relationships and act as a liaison between attorneys, outside counsel and in-house team members from various business organizations
Manage data collections from multiple sources and ensure applicable documentation and relevant stakeholders are updated on a timely basis
Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements; provide thought leadership, guidance and analytical skills to evaluate complex situations, influence and recommend creative solutions through use of new technologies and practices
Advise employees on routine legal questions and requirements under the direction of an attorney
Create reports tracking status of pending assignments, impact of strategic initiatives and cost savings through advanced analytics and metrics

Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, eDiscovery best practices, legal technology software solutions relating to data collection, processing and review
Strong communications skills and work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse group of contacts across the company including senior management and international colleagues
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments, exercise judgment, initiative and discretion on sensitive matters
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Knowledge of current and upcoming technology trends relating to eDiscovery is a plus
