Game-changing technology projects need expert project managers to drive them – and that’s where our Project Program Management IT team comes into its own. We lead all aspects of IT project, program and portfolio activity and collaborate across all areas of the company to get results for our customers that exceed their expectations. Focused on completing projects and programs on time, within scope and budget, we define the project value proposition, manage resources, guide project team members and keep leaders updated on the project status and risk factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translating business strategy to necessary business outcomes and technical deliverables

  • Connecting business processes between functions to clarify business and technical capability needs and investigate dependencies

  • Proposing prioritization and sequencing of capabilities to expedite incremental value and solve near-term business needs while progressing towards future state

  • Partner with IT Architecture team in developing an IT framework that delivers business capability

  • Working with program managers identifying issues / risks and required mitigation to ensure delivery of end-to-end strategic design

  • Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale to executive stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior level analysis experience in business process analysis in a large-scale environment, or business unit experience working closely with cross-functional organizations in the development and implementation of large-scale, end-to-end business process improvement efforts

  • 10+ years of experience managing highly-complex projects independently that cross multiple business units, divisions, functions, and regions

  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and system design architecture as it impacts business processes and interdependencies

  • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and concisely and build consensus / relationships in a matrix environment

  • Ability to think about business in a way that is abstracted from how business functions are implemented by technology

  • Apply consulting mindset which allows a business architect to support the strategy development

  • Design thinking which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big-picture view that shows the connection between business intention and business action

  • Positive future focused attitude and ability to influence through change

  • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization

  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal as well as visualizationsPreferences

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
