This is a Leadership position responsible for delivering and executing Global sales & marketing plans and programs that span cross-portfolio maximizing our ability to drive, grow and protect revenue within under-penetrated / acquisition accounts in our North America Enterprise business . This position will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Field & Channel Marketing, BU Marketing, Corporate Marketing, the Centers of Competency and Chief Customer Office to ensure development and execution of one Marketing Plan of Record that reflects the requirements of the Division.
Plans, executes and drives Marketing strategy for Enterprise Preferred Division
Works closely with Channel Marketing on joint strategy & go to market plan to increase leverage & account penetration in target accounts
Drives through EP/program analytics using information gathered through market dynamics, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to generate account insights and actionable recommendations. Utilizes standard campaign methodology and metrics to track local/ BU marketing/sales efforts and drive program results throughout quarter/year
Develops and executes relevant programs focused on targeted market segments, strategic customers, and prospects that generate brand awareness and demand and create strong relationships. Guided by business plans and strategy, these programs vary and span all stages of the customer journey from awareness/visibility to engagement and demand conversion including both high-touch, account-based marketing as well as frictionless product demand generation for the EP business
Provides sales team with marketing roadmaps and training on key initiatives, industry trends and partner solutions
Ensures that sales and marketing teams understand and are able to fully utilize tools to enhance sales and marketing activities
Localizes and adapts global content and programs to assist sales and drive customer demand through collateral, research/insights, digital engagement, events and customer briefings
Integrates deep subject matter expertise with: Industry experience, in-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise, relevant related disciplines, business goals and strategy to drive positive impact for Dell Technologies and its customers
Strategic EP program decision-making, based on both short and long-term consequences related to business strategy, financial performance and effective resource utilization resulting in success
The ideal candidate has previous Field Marketing Experience
Demonstrate leadership experience at all levels and takes personal accountability for meeting and exceeding plans and goals
Enthusiastic about being part of a team that is at the top of its game and contributes as a key member to the NA Americas Enterprise team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ensuring a strong interconnected relationship with the other key business functions of Sales, Channels, Services, Support, Business Units, COC, Chief Customer Office, HR & Finance

Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA preferred
