Location: Austin TX or Remote

What you’ll achieve
As the Growth and Development specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-faceted department-wide leadership and development strategy and programs for Dell's Legal Department based on priorities, core competencies, digital traits, and future skills. You will work with high level legal executives and their teams to support the Legal Department's journey to become skilled practitioners and leaders in the digital transformation to deliver legal services.
Create, execute and deliver multi-faceted department-wide leadership & development strategy for Dell’s Legal department based on priorities, core competencies, digital traits and future skills
Design and develop leadership and legal practitioner development / rotational programs to ensure succession readiness and enhance quality and skill building
Design and develop communication and change management strategies to build buy-in of key programs and ensure adoption
Assess training needs or gaps across the department through surveys, interviews with team members, or consultations with leaders
Provide logistical coordination for global / regional competency workshops and leadership meetings
Revamp new hire onboarding training through creative methods and use of technology

Experience with designing and delivering talent management programs across a global department while managing and delivering educational solutions
Knowledge of learning and development concepts and methodology, including measurement
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6-9 years working experience
Ability to project-manage solution development and execution
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates poise and tact in collaborating with internal customers, including high level executives, external vendors, HR, IT Educational Services, Global Communications
- Experience within a corporate legal department, law firm, legal vendor firm, technology solutions or internet industries
