That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.
Inside Dell EMC Education territory management, experienced at Divisional, Federal, or County level, building and driving customer facing sales and pre-sales support and business plan Produces Customer/Partner Training Plans and assessments based on understanding of Dell EMC and Microsoft Solutions, Dell EMC Education offerings and customer/partner requirements.
Provides major account support for Federal and strategic customers and partners.
Trains and drives and influences selling efforts of account teams (Sales, Presales, SAMs) on Customer Education value proposition and offerings.
Builds, tracks and executes territory business plan and field coordination, support and coordination with Field Education Sales Representatives on Dell and Microsoft training opportunities.
Maintain communication coverage plan by quarter.
Develops and executes comprehensive Partner execution plans with Channel Managers and Partners (readiness and sell through requirements).
Accurately forecasts and tracks Customer Education sales opportunities within the territory.
Works with Dell Technologies Enterprise accounts to provide Dell Technologies and Microsoft training solutions, develop new business, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Works with other internal sales personnel to propose and develop specific training solutions for a given account.
Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results.

Experience selling technology and training solutions a plus.
Can harness, leverage and understand the value of Channel partners.
Has a history and a high degree of accurately forecasting revenue.
Familiar with managing or working as a part of a Global Team and running Global sales campaigns.
Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
Can effectively interface at many levels with executives and senior managers.
A high level of business acumen and experience working to bring technology and technology services solutions to solve business challenges.
Demonstrated exceptional written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to discuss highly tech
