Marketing Operations Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As a Marketing Operations Advisor, you will help monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. In this role you will cooperate with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes to deliver the highest quality results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic advisor and counsel to the team leader

  • Plan and monitor program execution

  • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success

  • Participate in recurring team and x-org meetings to ensure transparency and collaboration

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Your deliverables:

  • Timely delivery of project deliverables

  • Prioritized tasks within projects and partner for success with customer collaboration managers

  • Meeting agendas, communication newsletter and various reports

  • Accurate customer story asset pipeline and KPI dashboard to measure team performance

Essential Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related experience in a marketing operations function

• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

• Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies

• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Prior experience in content development, customer technology storytelling
