Products & Operations is Jeff Clarke’s organization. Inclusive of Dell’s Client Solutions Group (CSG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Global Operations & Supply Chain, P&O has over 32,000 team members globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages Organization & Talent Analytics for Products & Operations, partnering with other analysts in the organization. (P&O is Jeff Clarke’s L2 organization. Inclusive of Dell’s Client Solutions Group (CSG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Global Operations & Supply Chain, P&O has over 32,000 team members globally.)

  • Understands business needs from HBRPs and helps translate onto effective data visualizations that generate org and talent insights and support executive decision making.

  • Creates predictive modeling and solutions to advance P&O org and talent analytics in support of our talent priorities.

  • Consults HRBP on solving complex problems and generating insights that leverage org and talent data. Evaluate current state, understand the business problem and identify how data can provide possible solutions to address.

  • Performs data mining using advanced data analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends.

  • Acts as the main point of contact between P&O and People Insights team of data scientists on database management, reporting and automation.

  • Consolidates P&O executive headcount management, coordinating inputs from the Org Development Strategists and HRBPs.

  • Architects and manages the P&O HR team knowledge base (currently sitting on SharePoint libraries), controlling access rights and making reports available.

Essential Requirements

  • 10 + years of Experience – Undergraduate Degree

  • Critical thinking and Learning Fast

  • Agile execution

  • Math and statistics

  • Problem solving and Consulting Skills

  • Effective communication and Sense of Urgency

  • Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Desirable Requirements

  • Database management, reporting and analytics

  • Predictive modeling

  • Experience with WorkDay, SharePoint, Tableau and other BI software
