Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the intake process of innovation funding needs across all commercial LOBs and help to assess the business case to enable a formal prioritization

  • Function as lead point of contact to and from strategic partners/suppliers for specific xLOB tech initiatives where we are receiving innovation funding

  • Partner with procurement teams during the negotiation/contract discussions relative to innovation funding initiatives

  • Develop formal BMS for driving the key initiatives and provide executive readouts as necessary

  • Engage with marketing and engineering development teams to consistently understand the status of the innovation program and message any plan-of-record changes to executives

  • Collaborate closely with GTM teams to ensure a smooth hand off of key tech initiative into messaging, collateral, event, and sales training plans

Essential Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience -specific product marketing experience preferred

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring daily decision making

  • Good organizational skills, including the ability to form cross-functional project teams effectively.

  • Attention to detail balanced with high level process overview/improvements

  • Strong business acumen

  • Solid understanding of innovative technologies and how corporate customers procure and consume IT
