Regional Security Assurance Manager

Location: Round Rock, TX

The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. We are currently seeking a Security Assurance Manager to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Round Rock, Texas, USA. The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic person who is an expert in the development of offensive security programs. In this role, the leader shares day-to-day oversight of the globally distributed Security Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee security testing performed by internal team members and external partners

  • Supervise and mature program services and processes

  • Liaise with stakeholders, customers, partners and vendors

  • Provide guidance in planning and scoping Security Assurance engagements

  • Compile relevant security metrics and deliver them to stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Oversee team member career development and training programs

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar role

  • 10+ years of Information Security experience

  • 4+ years in offensive security or similar roles

  • 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience

  • CISSP, CISM or other advanced security certifications

  • Proven experience in leading exceptional, highly skilled technical personnel

  • Understands adversarial techniques and industry trends
